Fabtech: Don't get excited: Despite Lam's acquisition of SEZ, little has changed...yet
If you look at the Websites for Lam Research and SEZ,
you'd hardly know the two companies are now one,
despite the successful closing of the tender-offer deal last week.
There's little evidence of Lam's absorption of SEZ on either website.
