Da Vinci platform received significant industry honor
|
Once again, SEZ's global leading technology position in the wet chemical wafer processing market was honored with an award at SEMICON West 2007 in San Francisco. The enowned industrial magazine, EuroAsia Semiconductor, presented SEZ with the EuroAsia IC Award for best tool in the Wafer Processing category. Specifically, SEZ was heralded for having revolutionized the throughput of wet chemical single-wafer systems with the successful Da Vinci platform, thus enabling single-wafer technology to achieve a breakthrough in volume production.
