Disclosure of Shareholdings according to Art. 20 SESTA
Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Fund Managers SA, Rue de L’Arquebuse 22, 1204 Geneva, notified SEZ Holding Ltd., Leutschenbachstrasse 95, 8050 Zurich, on 7 March 2007 that the investment funds LODH Opportunity Swiss Small & Mid Caps, LODH Swiss Cap (ex SMI), LODH Swiss Leaders and IST 2 Actions Suisses Valeurs Complémentaires managed by Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch Fund Managers SA, all of them Rue de L’Arquebuse 22, 1204 Geneva, had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the voting rights on 6 March 2007 and then owned 906,757 registered shares or 5,42 percent of the capital and voting rights of SEZ Holding AG as registered in the Commercial Register.
